The Georgia Pecan Growers Association will be holding its annual conference today and tomorrow in Tifton Georgia.

The Georgia Pecan Growers Association (GPGA) will be holding its 53rd annual Conference and Trade show in Tifton Georgia at the Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College campus beginning today March 27, 2018 and ending tomorrow. The conference offers experienced growers and new pecan growers information about various topics related to the cultivation of the American Pecan along with a multitude of speakers offering valuable information about happenings in the local and global pecan industry. The events will hold an orchard tour hosted by Dr. Lenny Wells along with golf and a reception this evening. Wednesday will consist of meetings and talks given by pecan industry leaders. The Georgia Pecan Growers Association does encourage all interested parties to attend whether a seasoned grower or aspiring pecan grower.
