Leaf Scab pressure has been light with cooler temperatures. Most trees I observed this week are revealing the potential of a good pecan crop in Georgia. As an agronomist, I observe all aspects regarding pecan diseases and fertility.
The majority of our growers rely on granular fertilization. We have no idea how much P&K are available to our trees at critical times of pecan development. Although Georgia pecan growers do leaf sample analysis, most of our testing is done in July. The majority of these leaf analysis come back with low K (potassium).
Key Benefits of Kphite 7LP
Highly translaminar and plant systemic – Rainfast in one hour
Product purity – Plant Food Systems, Inc uses only virgin phosphorous acid and potassium sources to produce our unique phosphite fungicide Kphite 7LP.

Kphite 7LP actual potassium immediately available by rate:
Based on leaf color of the current crop, especially Desirables, we believe that additional potassium will be beneficial. The photos provided were taken on May 5, 2020. These trees have received 3 application of Kphite 7LP and foliar nutritional sprays. As previously stated, there is no other phosphite fungicide that can offer this amount of totally plant available potassium while protecting our pecan crop from scab.
