The pecan nut industry will be holding several events during the month of September, starting with the National Pecan Sheller’s Association’s annual meeting which will be held in Portland Maine from the 6th – 9th. Meanwhile the Georgia Pecan Growers Association will hold its field day on the 7th followed by the Florida Pecan Growers Field Day on the 12th. To wrap up the month of September the Alabama Pecan Growers Association will hold its annual convention on the 21st.
