The American Pecan Industry will be holding multiple conferences across the country in the next 8 weeks and encourages all industry participants to join them for educational seminars, board meetings and networking.

The next 2 months in the pecan industry will be very busy. As pecan growers across the southern US complete harvest and draw closer to completing cleaning and bagging, the rest of the growers, buyers, and industry service providers prepare for numerous pecan gatherings across the US. Starting on February 23, the Southeastern Pecan Growers Association will hold its annual convention and trade show on the coast of Alabama. Then shortly after on March 4, the Western Pecan Growers Association will hold their annual convention and trade show in Las Cruces New Mexico. Then on March 14, the National Pecan Sheller’s Association will hold their Mid-Winter meeting in San Antonio Texas. Then to Wrap up the month of March the Georgia Pecan Growers Association will hold their annual conference and trade show on March 27, in Tifton, Georgia.

All industry participants are encouraged to attend whether seasoned industry participants or just curious to learn more about the industry, all are welcome to join. See our events page for more details about each event.
