The Georgia Pecan Growers Association is holding its annual conference this week beginning today until the 27th in Perry, GA. The event will kick off today with the golf tournament and the skeet shoot with a welcome reception. Tomorrow attendees will be at the conference hall at the Georgia National Fairgrounds with an orchard tour tomorrow at Lane Southern Orchards. 

 

The event is always well attended and well run with the experienced staff and board making this their 60th event. Attendance has grown over the years with Georgia being the number one producer of pecans in the US.
